Setup & Training

For a one time fee, we will setup your Almabase platform as per your needs. This includes site and theme creation, initial data configuration, preparation and loading of all alumni data. We will ensure smooth transition of your alumni users data from your existing database to Almabase.

This covers the cost of two online training sessions for your staff and provide you with the material to help you effectively use all the necessary features.

IS OUR ALUMNI DATA SAFE?
Absolutely! Your data will be hosted on Amazon's Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Azure. And with additional security measures built-in, you have nothing to worry about. We are GDPR compliant too. We also have a detailed Security documentation and a security audit report. Let us know if your IT team require that information.

WHAT DOES ONE-TIME PLATFORM SET-UP INCLUDE?
Almabase team will help you with the implementation and platform setup. Platform setup includes site and theme creation, initial data configuration, preparation and loading of all alumni data (formatting, normalization & geocoding all addresses), and porting your content. The team shall ensure smooth transition of your alumni users data from existing platform to Almabase platform.

CAN WE INTEGRATE ALMABASE WITH RAISER'S EDGE?
Almabase is a Blackbaud preferred technology partner. You can seamlessly push and pull data between your Raiser's Edge NXT and Almabase platforms. If you are using RE 7 without NXT, we provide a plug-in to seamlessly sync your constituent and gift data into Raiser's Edge database. This integration is not available on the Launch plan.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA TRANSACTION FEES ON EVENT REGISTRATION OR ONLINE GIVING?
Apart from the standard transaction fees charged by the payment processor, there are no additional charges levied by almabase.
What does THE OPTIMIZE plan include?
This is for schools that have unique requirements in order to accommodate their existing systems or processes. Under this plan, we are able to build custom integrations with your systems or make specific enhancement to your Almabase platform.
DOES ALMABASE PROVIDE API ACcess ?
Yes Almabase has APIs which you can use to develop an integration with your own systems. API access has an additional cost which is not included in the standard plans above.
