Kelly S. Holdcraft is the Executive Director of Alumni Success at the William & Mary Alumni Association, where she's spent the past 13 years building alumni engagement strategy under the Office of University Advancement. Her work centers on turning alumni relationships into a lasting, community-first experience, going beyond event attendance and email clicks to focus on real connection and long-term participation. Kelly was nominated for the 2025 Advancement Best 50 Under 50 award for her contributions to the field.
